At Pilates and Yoga Studio, we work hard to teach you that you CAN live better, and we do it in three ways. Being involved in smaller group classes for both pilates and yoga and Reformer can help you to develop confidence and feel secure in a community of people who are on the same wellness journey.
When you are looking for a class that will tone your physique, increase flexibility, better your posture, allow for more efficient movement and support the body and mind connection, Pilates classes are for you.
We teach Body Control Pilates it is remarkably effective - and medically-approved.
Yoga is a unique way to relax through controlled movement and breathing so you can calm your mind and your body while developing balance, strength and flexibility. We practice and teach two methods of yoga: Hatha and Vinyasa.
On the Reformer, you begin with footwork, lying on the back, spinal flexion and extension.
So which kind of Pilates client are you, Mat or Reformer? The good news for you is that you don’t have to choose. In fact, you’ll get even more out of your Reformer workouts if you combine them with Mat, and vice versa, as the great Joseph Pilates intended us to do.
We believe in progress and not perfection. If you are new to Pilates and Yoga, your body will need time and practice to learn how to perform and control the movements. We embrace patience, practice and peace. We will help you improve session by session. Improving your health has to be a choice, and you can make that choice with us.
