A full and comprehensive introduction for beginners. You will be gently guided through the fundamentals of Pilates to help you develop the core strength, stability and control you need to use your body efficiently in any activity.

Pilates Healthy Back

Many low back pain sufferers have poor muscle function and control. Our healthy back classes strengthen the core muscles to support your back, improve movement quality and keep your spine flexible and strong.

PilAtes with small props (Small ball, bands, weights)

By adding small props and equipment to our classes is a great way to provide extra challenge and a bit of variety to the Pilates exercises.

Pilates Mat 

You will learn all the fundamental movement techniques in a mat class. Alignment, Breathing and how to find your centre.
Regular pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.

The room is heated to 34 degrees. We will  focus on building strength, improving flexibility and developing control and endurance, breathing, balance, alignment and coordination.
The heat loosens up the mus­cles quickly, and the humid­ity makes you sweat — ele­vat­ing your heart rate, boost­ing metab­o­lism, and pro­mot­ing detoxification.
