Hot Pilates is a full body workout.
The room is heated to 34 degrees. It is designed for all fitness levels.

When practiced with consistency, our Hot Mat Pilates will improve your overall wellbeing and body awareness.
We will focus on building strength, improving flexibility and developing control and endurance, breathing, balance, alignment and coordination.
