I first tried yoga in my 20's and found the relaxation part so difficult I stopped going back. Years later after sitting at a PC for hours I knew my body and mind needed help. Luckily I found a yoga teacher who helped me through my relaxation issues and I grew to love every aspect of the practice.

​I never planned to teach yoga and did the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course to learn more about the history and philosophy of yoga. I loved the course so much that I wanted to learn more and completed the BWY 500hr Diploma in March.

​I see yoga practice as a life-long journey and love passing on the knowledge I have gained and sharing my journey with the students who come to classes. Some people have certain expectations or even worries when going to a yoga class for the first time but my advice is to just let go of your expectations and come along with an open mind...the most important thing is that you are making time for your own self-care, which can only be an amazing thing :)
