Across all classes clients are encouraged to work at their own pace and take rests as and when required.

Beginners / intermediate YogaYou will be gently guided through all of the 'root poses' of yoga whilst learning the principals of alignment of postures and breathing. You will be guided through step-by-step verbal descriptions and physical demonstrations. Safety and stability is paramount and will be emphasised throughout.

There is a flowing sequence of yoga postures (asanas) and a focus on the movement of breath. These classes will typically follow a slow, mindful approach and involve conscious, fluid movements from pose to pose. Our classes start with purple lighting and soulful music to create a calm environment to all that attend our studio. Classes are suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis. 4 Week course start date:

Yin YOGAA yoga class suitable for beginners that allows you to deeply relax and open up your body through passive stretching.
This restorative class will calm and reset your entire body and mind releasing tension and stress. You will practice gentle movement (asanas) for extended periods of time. This allows your muscles to deeply relax while you focus on your breath. Afterwards your entire body will feel open and refreshed and your mind will feel calm and clear. vinyasa yoga FlowVinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement.
