3 REASONS WHY SHORT WORKOUTS REALLY WORK

  1. Short Workouts Remove the Mental Hurdle  Short workouts are realistic, practical, and mentally easy to say “yes” to.  You can always find around 15 minutes per day to move. 
  2. Short workouts get you started​  Getting started is the hardest part....yes? Then once you get started and remember how good it feels to exercise, you’ll feel motivated to keep going.Whether you do 15 minutes or end up doing 50 minutes, you will feel accomplished and motivated to do it again the next day
  3. Short Workouts Improve Consistency   If you struggle with consistency, you're not alone. No matter how busy you are, or how many excuses you come up with, you can ALWAYS find 15 minutes to move. 

This is good news isn't it, ?

I've seen it with myself and I have seen it with my clients. Spending just 15 minutes on your mat is absolutely worth it and can absolutely bring results.
To show how good you feel after a short burst of movement iv added a free standing workout to get you started.
