Hello 
Do you wish you could be more consistent with your Pilates and Yoga? 

I get it! It's hard!  

I miss workouts ALL THE TIME, but I still consider myself to be fairly consistent.

(Wait, what?!)

Yes, that's right. I miss workouts and I still see myself as consistent.

You can miss workouts, you can have "off " days/weeks, and yet, you can still be consistent. 

The truth is, we have to keep exercising FOREVER.!  

As long as we are living, we need to be moving. It's never going to be something that we complete once and then we are done forever.

It's like showering isn't it, We just have to keep doing it.!

So, if you tend to beat yourself up for missing a workout, I encourage you to stop, relax and just breathe.
  1. Having an off day? Start fresh tomorrow.
  2. Miss a whole week? Start again tomorrow.
  3. Not sure what happened to the last month? Wake up, roll out your mat, and carry on.
The more you hold yourself to a standard of perfection, the more frustrated you will be on this long-term journey of loving and caring for your body.

Take it one day at a time  im here Cheering you on.

Adore this, we’re so focussed on beating ourselves up, pressure from everywhere to be this ‘perfect being’. It’s impossible & absolutely setting yourself up to fail. It’s like the new way I have to eat after perforating my bowel last year, most of the time I do it without thinking, but I don’t beat myself up if I slip up or eat something I shouldn’t! I enjoy the moment and move on the next time. What you do is amazing, so so proud of what you’ve achieved… always knew you’d find it 🥰
